Our students undergo psychological testing and are prescreened for the highest level of security clearance. To qualify to attend ENGS, our in-depth screening consists of: Prior experience working with children, letters of recommendation, FBI federal clearance, BCI state clearance, local police clearance, BMV driving records, academic transcripts, physical examination and TB test, and credit reports. Also our qualified "practicum mother" offers you her evaluation of the student's performance. Our graduates are educated, trained and certified. Our unique course work includes: Child Growth, Behavior and Development / Cultural Enrichment / Child Care and Nutrition / Personal Safety and Security / Professionalism / In-home practicum: infant and toddler. | PLACED Allison grew up in the small town of Champaign, Illinois where she worked at the Next Generation Schools Early Learning Center. She taught in the infant room where she created individual schedules for sleeping, feeding and changing. She designed monthly themes and lesson plans including art and sensory projects.
